This procedure may be the ideal option to improve the appearance of your front teeth. We only need a slight wear of the front surface of your teeth, the dentist will take an impression of your teeth to make the mold and your veneers. When they are finished your teeth will look like new.

Endodontics

Endodontics is the treatment that is responsible for removing the pulp (tissue that contains blood vessels and nerves) that has been affected or infected by deep caries; also for teeth with fractures involving the pulp; or also in some cases for prosthetic purposes, when a crown is required.

Oral surgery

Oral surgery may be necessary for various reasons. You may have a traumatized tooth caught in the jaw, or a tooth that is poorly positioned and damages the next tooth. The third molars are the teeth that are most often included and usually cause pain or other problems, so in most cases the recommended dental treatment is their extraction. It is very common to have this type of problem when wisdom teeth grow. Oral surgery is also necessary to place dental implants and for some types of gum treatments.

Aesthetic fillings

Elimination of caries and placement of high resistance materials of the same color as the tooth, these fillings can be made in molars as well as anterior teeth, obtaining highly aesthetic and functional results.

Deep cleaning

Periodontal disease affects the supporting tissues of the tooth (gum, bone and ligament) when there is accumulation of bacterial plaque, tartar and bone loss. The teeth will begin to move as the damage progresses. The problem with periodontitis is that many times the symptoms do not appear until the situation is really severe. Unfortunately, the damage caused to the structures that support the tooth is hardly reversible. The good news is that if we detect the disease in time, its progress can be stopped and in some cases we can even improve it.

What is deep cleaning or curettage?

Dental curettage basically consists of scraping the surfaces of the roots of the teeth with instruments called curettes. The purpose of this scraping is to eliminate the tartar that accumulates on these surfaces and then smooth them and leave them free of impurities. We use ultrasound, which works with vibration and pressurized water with a tip that passes through all the faces and edges of the tooth that the toothbrush cannot reach. Once the cleaning is done, to finish, a special electric brush is passed with a toothpaste to polish the tooth and ensure that the surface is completely smooth and without stains.

Joint problems

Frequent headache? Clicks when opening and closing? Grinding? Or wear of the teeth becoming too small? A dental implant is a small component of titanium or titanium-zirconium that is inserted into the maxillary bone instead of the natural root of the missing tooth. The implant can be placed in an outpatient surgery operation with local anesthesia. Titanium is generally well tolerated by the human body and bone has been shown to form a solid bond with titanium.
